Danger in the Fridged Pacific - Part 1 of 3

This is my zillionth attempt at posting a blog for Saturday past. It will be in 3 parts, but here goes...

While Megsie contributed to our state’s economy on an outer island, we, the truly dedicated ones of LAIP, contributed to our kuapā (stone wall) on our first work day.  While doing so, we braved obstacles that would bring mere mortals to tears.  Immersed in the fridge waters of the vast Pacific, we transported ko`a (coral) as the kanaka maoli (native Hawaiians) did in years gone by…well, they may not have had plastic buckets.  To keep warm, Sherill, Becky, Frances, and Erin shook vigorously for 5 minutes.
